Some of our consultancy projects include:

• Migrated 4 million subscribers to a new billing system, covering all aspects of customer data mapping and migration, charges, discount schemes and account reconciliation.
• Specification, development, testing and implementation of a mediation platform at a fixed line operator which processes nearly 100 million call records per day.
• Implementation of an interconnect billing system for a leading UK operator processing in excess of 30 million call records a day, including functional, stress and acceptance testing.
• Design and implementation of functional changes to a leading provisioning platform for a large fixed-line operator to improve overall activation success rates.
• Audited the “switch to bill” revenue chain to identify unbilled records resulting in £2 million annual recovered revenue for UK operator.
• Managing the implementation of an automated ATM and IP-based mediation and activation platform for a large pan-European operator.
• Configuration and rollout of a data warehousing solution for a major European operator.
