Bill is one of the co-founders of Cartesian. With over fifteen years in the telecommunications and utilities services industries and a background in networks and technology, Bill has held leadership positions in technology, operations, and sales.  Prior to Cartesian, he gained an in-depth understanding of customers’ business and technical requirements working at companies such as British Gas, London Underground, British Telecom, and Videotron.

For the last nine years, Bill has played a major role in building the Consulting group.  More recently, he has been instrumental in creating a strong market presence and developing new business contacts and revenue streams for Cartesian. With his technical background, commercial awareness, and industry knowledge, he is able to provide the key strategic leadership to build new business and focus on end-customer satisfaction.  In addition to his primary focus on strategic accounts, Bill provides guidance to the Consulting group to assist in project steering for Cartesian's major customers.
