Chris has more than 10 years experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. He joined Cartesian in July 1999 from Telstra in Australia where he managed a group improving operational efficiency through analysis of traffic and financial data.

At Cartesian, Chris has demonstrated a talent of combining detailed understanding of various subject matter areas with strong, pragmatic leadership for Cartesian’s complex product and consulting engagements. He has consistently delivered complex projects to plan, quite often under short time-frames and demanding expectations. Chris has an excellent knowledge of many business areas in the telecom industry, from consumer and carrier-grade services to triple-play and mobile operators. He also has a useful mix of technical and commercial expertise, from revenue assurance and billing to networks and technology.

With this wide experience and knowledge, Chris is well-positioned to undertake the role of COO where he both leads and programme manages delivery groups - where he is responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully delivered and meet our customers’ business needs - as well as providing governance across all Cartesian's processes.
