Dr. Janos Sivo is one of Cartesian’s co-founders. Janos’ work establishing and managing IT departments for existing and start-up communications companies has taken him across the UK, Europe, and North America. He has held senior leadership positions, including CIO of Videotron UK, Le Groupe Vidéotron (Canada), OpTel and UnityMedia. Janos’ involvement in the successful start-up and turnaround efforts at major Telco’s enables him to bring insight and executive management skills to the Cartesian team and its customers.

Since Cartesian’s inception, Janos has advised the Cartesian management team and supported the growth of the business. Understanding that IT projects can have a significant impact on the success or otherwise of a Telco, Janos’ experience working at the highest levels within organisations equips him to support our clients when they need a strong voice on the Board.

As well as his native Hungarian, Janos speaks English, French, German, and Russian fluently.
