Karen joined Cartesian in May 2000, coming from MCI WorldCom where she had established their traffic assurance team. At Cartesian, Karen has led a number of projects including complex billing system migrations and revenue assurance investigations. Karen has also held the roles of Revenue Assurance and Billing Practice Manager and most recently Consulting Director, where her responsibilities included the successful delivery of all consulting projects.

Karen is a very experienced professional and has been involved with many aspects of systems implementation, from strategic planning and system selection, through to detailed integration work. She also has a wide range of experience in revenue assurance activities and understands the complexities and business issues facing Cartesian’s customers.
