We have in–depth experience of many key telecoms software products, and much of our consulting work is associated with implementing them.

We are experts in:

  • selecting and implementing mediation, provisioning, customer billing and inter–operator billing products, working closely with operators and vendors
  • analysing business requirements and carrying out low–level data analysis so that project deliverables are fully specified
  • project management, including managing vendors where they are responsible for implementation, and complementing the operator’s in–house team with a deeper level of knowledge independent of the vendor
  • interfacing various products with each other, with in-house legacy systems and the network elements, ensuring that the business rules are fully implemented and tested
  • implementing products for new operators, acting as single project managers or a complete project team — working to tight deadlines and covering roles which haven’t yet been filled
  • migrating safely from one product to another, including the necessary reference data and customer history
  • planning, managing and completing system and software tests – both for vendors’ new releases and users accepting deliverables
  • all aspects of revenue assurance – a core competence since Cartesian’s inception
