Operational Assurance

Operations within communication providers have a habit of doing the same thing repeatedly. Unfortunately this means that often the same operational mistakes and omissions are repeated. Cartesian can bring a fresh eye to this key aspect of how operators function.

We have  experience in providing operational teams to work within clients on a temporary or permanent basis. In doing this, we focus on two key aspects:

1. optimising, systemising, and automating repetitive but vital tasks that secure and control an operator’s vital revenue streams, and
2. analysing current operational practices to identify potential improvements - and implementing the results.

We are specialists in setting controls in place, and we work with operators to ensure our approach leaves a clear, measurable audit trail of activities carried out.

We call this “Operational Assurance”, or “getting the job done, and proving it”.
