Our Networks and Technology practice focuses on the more technical aspects of our consulting work, such as the implementation of mediation and provisioning systems. Voice over IP and Next Generation Networks

Cartesian prides itself on staying at the forefront of technological change. Amongst our “firsts”, was undertaking key aspects of the first commercial VoIP deployment in Europe.

These systems are at the core of an operator’s systems infrastructure and have a major impact on the ability to launch new services quickly, adhere to regulatory requirements (such as emergency services provision and number portability) and to ensure that customers can be billed accurately. Our knowledge ranges from the complex communications protocols with the network elements or third party providers to the business logic that needs to be configured to achieve the operator's objectives.
