Revenue Assurance

Revenue Assurance has been a core part of the business since Cartesian’s inception. Quantified benefits from consultancy projects and implemented solutions are now well in excess of €100M. Our work ranges from strategic projects through controls assessments and leakage investigations, all the way to implementations of our Ascertain solutions. This work requires us to apply our full range of skills from switch engineering to data analysis and accountancy in order to get the job done.


Migrating Billing and Customer Management systems

Migrations are always challenging but, with the right approach, they can be completed successfully and without disruption to the entire business. We have the accumulated knowledge of many migrations and have applied this to the benefit of many of our customers.

We have an in–depth understanding of the complexities and critical success factors of such projects across all aspects of involvement from project management through to testing. A particular strength is the verification testing to prove billing accuracy and completeness following a migration.


Interconnect

We have undertaken over 100 interconnect projects for 18 customers in 8 countries, spanning fixed, cable and mobile sectors. Again the range is from the strategic (such as system selection and evaluation), through implementation and optimisation, to operational management of systems. To all of these, we bring a unique depth of knowledge to the subject matter.
