T–Mobile (UK) & Cartesian project recognised at World Billing Awards 2005

Cartesian’s implementation of Ascertain RDA at T–Mobile (UK) was runner up for the Best Revenue Assurance Project award at the World Billing Awards 2005. This recognises our joint achievement in enhancing data quality and business processes to improve customer service, revenues and cash flow.

The project’s key aim was to ensure customer data integrity by automating reconciliations of customer reference data within and between the network elements, OSS and BSS platforms. Together with the solution’s detailed and management level reporting, this brought significant improvements to the reconciliation processes. A complete audit of all subscribers can now be undertaken every month. The associated benefits include increasing revenues and reducing operational cost.
