Cartesian Revenue Assurance Training Course

Cartesian is pleased to announce that its core Revenue Assurance training course will be generally available. Cartesian currently offers a range of training courses tailored to specific customers. However, customer independent training has been requested by a number of operators and consultancy companies that recognise Cartesian’s thought leadership in this area.

The course provides a foundation in core revenue assurance principles and is targeted specifically at those:

• outside the revenue assurance department but where revenue assurance knowledge is beneficial (e.g. IT, billing and internal audit)
• organisations developing a revenue assurance department
• joining an established revenue assurance team or
• wanting to “refresh” their revenue assurance skills.

“Independent training offers the opportunity to learn, share experience, and work through case studies with fellow professionals, without being encumbered by the specific details of an operator’s architecture.” said Cartesian’s Managing Director, Janos Sivo. “This allows us to focus more on the essential components. This training complements our customer specific training. The customer specific training targets customer specific issues, where actual problems are solved by users in the workshop section of the course.”
