Cartesian releases Usage Monitor Version 4.0
Cartesian is pleased to announce the general availability of Usage Monitor Version 4.0, the usage assurance module in Cartesian’s flexible Ascertain revenue assurance product.
UM 4.0 includes a range of enhancements which reflect the evolution of best practice as well as the feedback we have received from our customers. It provides significant new functionality in areas such as:
- very high performance, user-configurable event parsing, load and aggregation functionality provided by the ‘Event Processing Sub-system’ (EPS)
- greatly enhanced user defined reporting capabilities including the business intelligence reporting tool and OLAP analysis functionality
- graphical visualisation of end to end systems and processes
- intelligent management of leakage issues identified
UM 4.0 is supported on all standard Ascertain hardware / system software platforms and will be fully available in Quarter 4, 2006. As is standard practice with Ascertain modules, the two previous major versions of the software will continue to be supported.
