Cartesian have published a list of common revenue assurance terminology that they use in their revenue assurance work and Ascertain product.

Cartesian is to hold a training course in core revenue assurance skills in September 2006 and again December 2006 at their central London offices.

Cartesian facilitated a very successful roundtable entitled “Golden rules for effective management of Revenue Assurance across a large enterprise – getting the right people engaged” at the Vision in Business (ViB) 6th annual Revenue Assurance & Cost Management in Telecoms Conference in London on Friday 26th May 2006.
May 2006: Cartesian’s first Revenue Healthcheck in central Europe
Cartesian have been asked to carry out a review of the Revenue Assurance function at Croatia’s fast-growing mobile operator Vipnet. Cartesian consultants, in close collaboration with Vipnet’s Revenue Assurance team, are carrying out a rapid review of the company’s activities.

Cartesian will be presenting and exhibiting at the Vision in Business 6th Annual Revenue Assurance & Cost Management in Telecoms Conference from 23—24 May 2006 in London. Cartesian’s Chairman, Alan Strong, and ntl’s Group Director Revenue Assurance, Moly McMillan, will be addressing the conference jointly to discuss “Building a Revenue Operations Centre – the reality”.

Cartesian’s Chairman, Alan Strong, will be presenting at the Telecoms Internal Audit and Risk Management Conference from 26-28 April 2006 at the Sana Malhoa Hotel, Lisbon. The presentation will discuss a collaborative approach for “Implementing and Modelling (KPIs) to Measure, Monitor and Report on Performance”.
April 2006: Cartesian Revenue Assurance Training Course
Cartesian is pleased to announce that its core Revenue Assurance training course will be available on a general basis. Cartesian currently offers a range of training courses tailored to specific customers. However training, that is not specific to a customer, has been requested by a number of operators and consultancy companies that recognise Cartesian’s thought leadership in this area.

March 2006: Cartesian announces additional strength in management team
Cartesian announces that on 1 March 2006, Janos Sivo (formerly Chairman and non-executive director) joined the company in a full time capacity and will act as its Managing Director. At the same time, Alan Strong was named Chairman of Cartesian.
January 2006: Cartesian announces general availability of Ascertain RDA 4.0
RDA 4.0 is the latest version of the Reference Data Audit module of Cartesian’s Ascertain suite of revenue assurance products. This new version enhances the ease of use of RDA for the different user communities (such as revenue assurance specialists and system administrators), improves the seamless data exchange with other modules of the Ascertain solution and provides some new and useful functions that make Reference Data Audit even more effective.
