Cartesian releases OLAP analysis tool for Revenue Assurance professionals

Cartesian is pleased to announce its OLAP analysis tool, a feature within Ascertain. This tool provides ad hoc, complex analysis capabilities for Revenue Assurance professionals.

The OLAP analysis tool sits over the Ascertain databases. Data is imported using Cartesian’s flexible ETL functionality. The new interface provides browser based capabilities to “slice and dice” measurement data and “drill up and drill down” at various levels of detail according to the needs of the user. In addition customer MDX queries are also supported.

The flexible tool offers custom dimensions as well as a number of standard telco dimensions.

The tool uses ROLAP technology on an Oracle database.
