Ascertain
Ascertain is a suite of tools that combine to address the revenue assurance and data integrity needs of telecoms operators. With these tools, we can prove rating accuracy, reconcile customer data, analyse and reconcile event records, prove completeness of processing, and monitor trends and volumes.
The Ascertain tools form a fully productised and supported set of solutions that share a core framework of common components for reporting, user interaction, data extraction and job scheduling.
Background
Over many projects our consultants saw a need among revenue assurance professionals that was unfulfilled: there were no RA solutions, developed by real RA specialists, which could work in a flexible and scalable manner.
Cartesian’s Ascertain product group was established to develop and support a comprehensive suite of product components focusing on the increasingly important areas of revenue assurance and data integrity.
