Business-to-Business Solutions

Business-to-business network solutions, or unbundled offerings as they are sometimes known, are methods of accessing new products and services outside of your network. Whether you are planning to use them to broaden your business’s product set and geographical reach, or are looking to leverage your company’s own network and provide such wholesale offerings to other CSPs, their implementation can be a daunting prospect. Whether your business operates on the retail or wholesale side of the supply chain, the business impact of integrating new services and bringing them to your customer without compromising existing quality of service can be a significant challenge. As CSPs move to support a wider variety of services, both on and off their network, wholesale solutions offer attractive potential to deploy such services rapidly or provide them to partners.

Having the appropriate product and industry knowledge to determine the impact that investing in such a solution can have on your business is important. With a proven track record, Cartesian will assist with the challenges of identifying change within the OSS/BSS stack. We work through business processes and technical design to provide best practice end-to-end solutions, delivering an increased portfolio of product offerings with low time to market and high reliability whilst maintaining operational efficiency.

Our Approach

Cartesian has the subject matter expertise to deliver turn-key wholesale product provisioning solutions.  Through trials management, assurance activities and process consulting, Cartesian works with you to Being able to offer wholesale solutions outside of your network, such as Wholesale Mobile Broadband, ADSL, Telephony or FTTx (Fibre to the Home/Cabinet/Kerb), is an attractive prospect, granting access to a new marketplace with low relative investment and short implementation periods. For CSPs this furnishes the ability to own the customer relationship directly through automation of provisioning and the tieing together of products in bundled offerings. As the market is evolving through the launch of next-generation access (NGA) providers and through more competitive MVNE offerings Cartesian are seeing an explosion in the need for business-to-business solutions.

Similarly, offering such services as a wholesaler to CSPs who might wish to expand their product offerings, can appear challenging but provides new sources of revenue with little additional investment (for example providing unbundled services to new carriers or Mobile Virtual Network Operators).
